Entry Fee: Men's - £150 per team | Women's £100 per team (Cheaper as less games)

Max squad: 12 players (7-a-side format with rolling subs)

4 groups of 6 teams (Men), 2 groups of 6 (Women)

Top 2 from each group: CUP playoffs

3rd & 4th: SHIELD playoffs

5th: SPOON playoff
-
6th: Eliminated

15-min league matches, 20-min knockout (2x10min)

No offsides, no kicking from hand by goalkeeper

Golden goal + penalties in knockout draws

Size 5 ball, standard 7-a-side goals

Conduct & Rules

Qualified referees on all pitches - zero tolerance for abuse

Alcohol is strictly prohibited on site

Red cards = suspension until knockouts, 2 yellows = red

Shin pads are mandatory
